<div class="technical-principle-detailed-drawing-des vapor-compression-des">進料母液經過三級預熱后進入精餾塔,在精餾塔內實現分離,液體從精餾塔底部流進再沸器,再沸器設置耦合再沸器和輔助再沸器,耦合再沸器熱源為壓縮機出口高壓氣體,輔助再沸器熱源為生蒸汽,精餾塔頂部出口氣體經壓縮機壓縮后變成高溫高壓氣體,高溫高壓氣體進入耦合再沸器換熱,冷凝后輕組分部分采出部分回流,塔釜底部重組分進入預熱器與進料母液換熱后外排。</div>

<p>高效旋轉精餾床是一種新型高效的精餾設備,是傳統精餾塔的替代者,主要應用于有機溶劑的回收和產品的分離提純。其結構主要由圓形外殼和折流式轉子組成,具有特定結構的轉子在殼體內高速旋轉,氣相從轉子外緣進入轉子內,液相從轉子中心進入轉子,在高速旋轉的轉子內氣液兩相進行逆流接觸,在轉子內形成比表面積極大而又不斷更新的氣液相界面,具有極高的傳質速率,在此過程中進行傳質傳熱實現組分得分離。</p>
